Millcraft Expands Regional Presence and Enhances Customer Service Platform

Cleveland, OH – May 9, 2025 — Millcraft has announced a series of strategic initiatives designed to enhance their service footprint and deliver even greater value to customers across the Midwest and South.

 

As part of its expansion, Millcraft will open a new facility in Lexington, Kentucky by the end of May, extending its reach to include another vibrant and growing market. The company has also expanded its Springfield, Illinois facility, now connecting this location to their “Nighthawk” delivery system.  This will provide streamlined service to an expanded Midwest region of customers.  

 

Nighthawk is the name for Millcraft’s delivery model that uses a hub-and-spoke system to pull inventory across 6 states, each night.  This system gives customers access to more than $30 million in products from all 21 Millcraft locations – delivered quick and reliably.   

 

To support this growth, Millcraft has added additional delivery trucks and expanded its sales team, making it easier and faster to service customers in these regions.  

 

In addition, starting Monday, May 12th, customers can not only place orders until 5pm EST for next day shipping from local warehouses, but they can also place orders through 4 pm EST for Nighthawk deliveries.  This will expand their next day or two-day shipping to a broader set of regions and allow access to the entire footprint of Millcraft inventory later in the day.  

 

These moves strengthen Millcraft’s regional platform and reinforces their commitment to delivering outstanding, reliable, service to customers.
